The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.

To be honest fellas, I know my misfortunes are a laugh, and I don't have any objection at all :y

But..........I am seriously a bit worried, given that mum has got altzeimers......not sure if I should go to the quack. Its happening too often.

This morning we had to take Chris's mum to Wycombe hospital for an operation. After we left her there, Chris says she wants to go to Tesco at Loudwater to finish the Christmas shopping. So I says ok, and we set off down the A40. As we get near B&Q's there are notices up about a sale. Also a big notice saying Hand Car Wash. So I say to her, I want the car washed, its filthy, still covered in Dorsets dirt. We could have a look in B&Q and see whats in the sale. So I signal left, but the traffic lights change to red so we stop. When they turn green, I pull off, cancel the signal, and go straight over. She says, what are you doing. I said 'Think about it'. She says 'What'......I say...'We are in the wrong friggin' car....we are in the blue one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

We all get forgetful in time, we all go upstairs and forget what we went up for and we probably all confuse the controls in one car for another when we have multiple vehicles in the family and it's easy to forget which one we're in. I'm constantly trying to operate the idrive on the centre console in the Omega.   :) If its general stuff we can laugh about it but it is annoying as well. Obviously an additional worry for you with your mum being how she is but I'm sure it's fairly normal to have a 'funny' moment now and again.  :y
I mean, after all, I once read about some bloke who spent several days operating his wiper stalk thinking that it was his...................nah, we won't go there.  ;) ;) ;D ;D

Sorry Tony, couldn't resist that one. No offence intended and I'm sure you're fine. It's when you forget to come on here that we'll worry.  :y
