today weather was fairly better so decided to use  the miggy.. but when I get inside all windows front , rear and side glasses were all  frozen( mist) inside as last days were a bit snowy+rainy..  checked the pollen filter , it was dry.. water drainage channels under scuttle  in both sides clean.. carpets dry.. 
 
fiddled with the internal circulation valve , after several trials button start to work (probably dusted inside) and the valve start to work but I noticed it sometimes become half open..   asked for the part (internal circulation valve) its now excluded from import parts list (all dealers)..
 
besides today when in job, I have noticed some cars misted inside (at least 20-30%) some not..
 
any ideas welcome

You could get the part from a breakers off the forum (payment by Paypal?)

I do no know the valve you are talking about but is it operated by vacuum? Maybe the pipe has an intermittent leak?

yep.. its operated by vacuum..but looking at the amount of condensation there must be a leak but everything is dry 
 
tonight I covered the car ..will see tomorrow if there will be mist or not..may be leaking from doors..
 
I know I can get the part but first I must be sure of the problem.. thanks Varche

Glovebox out, two solenoids by the side of blower fan, black rubber pipe = hbv,  black/blue rubber pipe = recirc flap. As solenoids are identical you can swap them over for elimination purposes

Also worth checking the basic vacuum supply is OK. If you've got access to a vacuum gauge check the supply to the solenoids is sucking down to 30-40kPa or so and that the vacuum stays for a minute after stopping then engine. Most likely to be the flap fouling on something, IMHO. Could try securing it in the "non recirc" position?

as I see flap fouling from time to time.. but I think it becomes stuck.. I will try all the info/methods given here..
but I think it requires digging the setup from the car and examining closely..
