Eastern Europe somewhere, I think? (Although the source was Georgia) Don't they all drive like that over there? Rods2 can report back when he moves there and let us know if the roads are filled with drifting BMWs

Doesn't anyone else find it a little suspicious that the car that was obviously doing the videoing (a slivery coloured BMW) is parked on the inside of the bend for the last few shots and has red repeating (and alternating) flashers in the rear light clusters?

I suspect that driving a large/newer BMW or Audi with flashing lights gives the occupants a carte blanche for most things in Eastern Europe/Russia
