Sorry cem but they appear to be flying insects, very much on Earth, that are flying around the top of the telescope.

I've had them myself when undertaking astronomy with my reflector telescope. ;)

+1, but with a keen UFO interest, after seeing two myself, I have seen so many videos, and have yet to be totally convinced they are not Earth based. :D ;)
