Help contacting Mark Calib DTM!
« on: 25 January 2013, 13:29:01 »

Hi all,

I am having a few issues, I have emailed Mark a couple of times, and he has responded but now I am getting very confused as I have sent him a PM but it does not show in my sent items.  Don't want to bombard him, he has even responded to some of my other posts, so hoping he might see this, hi Mark!!!! :D

Anyway, if anyone has any idea what I am doing wrong please let me know!

Cheers

Phil

Unless you enable the setting in your profile, sent PMs are not stored in your outbox.

Done that ages ago, pic showing what I think you mean.  I have other PMs in my outbox (sent box) but it is not showing the latest ones...

Is the 'Save a copy in my outbox' unticked when about to send your message. Bottom left of message box?

There is no option to do that, this is what I see...

That screenshot is of you sending him an email not a PM; totally different system and if Mark were to reply you wouldn't get it here, you'd get it in your email..

Ah, interesting...I have clicked some more buttons and found the IM page, the box was checked, sent the message and it is now in my sent items!

I shall await to hear from a probably annoyed Mark now, as he will have a load of emails from me...oops, sorry Mark!

Cheers all
