Thanks all. It's going to be a long night as I can't get comfortable in any position :'( It wasn't this painful last time they did the injections but then they were different this time and no anaesthetic injected this time ::)

Unfortunately it's just a diagnostic tool and I'll almost certainly be back in a few months to get it fused :(

And thanks for the kind thoughts about my post count but that bully boy admin is a big meanie!
