it will last quite awile as long as you keep  it in a dry area because breake fluid atracts moisture so i would put some olastic ouer the spout before you put the lid back on

I would be tempted to decant what's left into a few 1 litre bottles, filling them to the brim, and open them as required. If there's a lot of air space in the top of the container the fluid can absorb moisture from it.

Pointless buying big containers of brake fluid as it only has a two year life in the brake circuit so its reaonable to assume similar in a large tub.

As above, I was told same, so I bought loads of smaller 1L bottles. That way you only open when needed, so they can last a lot longer.

Although I bought on TC, used pressure kit to flush fluid.  You do use more via this method, but it's much easier! :)

How do they work Tunnie? i assume all 4 wheels off and bleeders cracked loose, then fire it up and wait for all 4 to show fresh fluid?

I buy the 250ml bottles. I don't keep them "in stock", but purchase as needed, as it goes off pretty quick.

I too use an Eezi-bleed - or however its spelt - like tunnie.  Actually, does tunnie own one, or does he nick mine ?

Had a five litre for stock once, never again. lid fitted while stored. Bunged it in an old astra after a master cylinder and wheel cylinder change. Notched the rear brakes up to get the hand brake nice and tight.

You can guess the rest. 1 litre tubs only now.
