The one(s) that got away

Have you ever noticed that when you watch these Police programs that cover the Traffic Police from mainly over here & the USA, they only ever show the ones they catch & never the ones that actually break free & escape, never to be seen again.
Come on Mr Police Man, we all know you don't have a 100% catch rate  ::) ::) so why not show the ones that speed away.
As an example;- a guy i worked with some years back was out with his boss when his boss was pulled for speeding & so my work colleagues asked the Traffic Officer's if they've ever had someone out run them & they said "as matter of fact we had just the thing a few weeks back when my partner put on the blue's & two's too soon behind a Lotus Esprit & the person in the Esprit floored it & left us for dead, we where also too far behind to get the plate, so he/she got away".
Uhhm, food for thought  ::)

Even if caught most get let off by CPS or the Courts. I think there should be a mandatory penalty for failing to stop in the first place, over and above the offence for which they are being pursued.

police around here have Evo 9s i hate to be sat next to the numpty that tried to out run  one of those things  :D :D

Was it TG that said the Evo 9 was slower than the previous Evo's :-/

the Evo VIII FQ400 version hits 60 in a jaw dropping 3.4 seconds

thats beyond ferrari territory

we hoped to get a FQ400 driver to our Japan north show last year but the best we got was the 320, but also got several makkinen versions there :D
