This is nothing I know but I've also noticed from an interior picture that the glovebox handle is missing presumably broken off at some point but for the life of me cant understand how that could happen. anyway if its like mine which I'd have thought it is so its key lockable so getting a used one in cream would be hard enough but it will not lock is annoying which isn't a big problem I rarely lock anything valuable in there, Just annoying.

Will try and check the car over I would only consider a 2.6 in mint condition or as close as can be expected as its not really what I'm after (3.2 Elite) but if its good if nothing else it's a level up from my 2.2 GLS. Shame it's star silver though, if i was to buy it would be my 4th  silver mig :o really fancy dark blue, black or even grey.  Although saying that Silver does keep the Omega looking fairly modern'ish.

If I remember correctly I remember seeing a 2.5 or 2.6 Elite on eBay several months ago without a boot spoiler also had everything else a Elite would be expected to have like but no boot spoiler (and no it's not the same one was a "51" if I remember correctly ;D)

Who knows :-\, but surely every Elite when new came with one ?.. Apparently it was taken in PX, Something doesn't smell right with this Omega and its £1300 with 109,000 on the clock.
:o :o :o :o well over the top I only paid £450 for mine with 49,000 I know its a 3.2 but 2.6 shouldn't be much different

£450 is an exceptional price, for 49k miles. I'd be concerned that's been clocked at that price, around £1.3k is about right for garage/retail price for a 3.2

Nope its all genuine got the last 4 M.O.T's to prove it and stamps in book

Because neither of those are easy to fake :-X ::)

You may have got a bargain and been lucky but just because one person manages it doesn't mean that's what a car is worth ;) Oherwise we'd all be using Roger Budden pricing for value :-X ::) ;)

DVLA has changed the certificates because they lost a whole load of the old ones, very easy to fake some those. All you need is a mate with a garage. As for stamps, well  :-X

If it a genuine 49k miles, well done.  :) But I'm highly sceptical to be honest, as anyone with half a brain who is selling that could see its worth triple that any day of the week  :y

I remember a couple of late Omegas without a spoiler. IIRC Kevin Woods MV6 hasn't got one and also Vauxsull (Keith) his was missing one too

Kevin's is unusual too as its MV6 but with wood trim.

Kind fits the name though  ;D

I've seen at least one where the original owner asked for spoiler to be removed. Its marked on Vauxhall's parts database as such.

I am pretty sure all is ok I know the seats could be changed but was owned by a retired gent and the seats look like new as does all the interior It also came with a shed load of service recipts. But what I didn't say was where I brought it  ;) I got it from an auction and the oil cooler had gone so was put in as possible head gaskets so I bit the bullit and got it for the price put a genuine cooler in and it runs like a dream.  :)

Ah so it was bought faulty, never said that ;)

Still good bargain, must have been run with no antifreeze to cause oil cooler to fail so quickly  :o
