thats not the point. Some of the replies where completely off topic and one or two where confusing whether or not they where a reply to the original post or not, anyways I should be going to see it this weekend and will update then.

although saying that its possible that I miss read the odd post/reply due to using my iPhone for everything for the past 2 weeks or so , Laptop is playing silly buggers.

The cars ecu does store the mileage so tech 2 will retreive that if needed.

Well I am happy with it  it hasn't missed a beat and can't even hear it running while idling.

I wouldn't worry about the spoiler to much. Vx have a habit of sometimes mixing and matching things around. I even phoned customer services about my current mig as it's on the V5 as a MV6. They told me it happened loads and I've got the original build sheet to prove it's a genuine Elite. I had a 92 Carlton Diplomat in 94 and that never had a spoiler yet a friends dad did and he brought his new. Once again VX confirmed my Dipy never had one fitted

Drop Jimbob a PM mate, and he'll be able to do a reg check for you.  I wouldn't be at all surprised if the spoiler was omitted by the original buyer.   

And I've got an Elite boot spoiler in Star Silver if you need one!

Seen the car today and the spoiler is the least of the problems with it  it's staying where it is in Cheshire . Just got to drive 120miles back.
