Remove 2.5 from car, leaving loom, ecu and throttle cable in car.

Take all the sensors, coilpacks and throttle body off the 3.2.

Fit 2.5 throttle body, sensors, dispack and plug leads to the cleared 3.2.

Refit 3.2 into car, plug all the wiring back in, and reattatch the throttle cable.

That's it, nice and straight forward, and imo a waste of a 3.2 ::)

Only tuning would be 3.0 throttle body and ecu. 3.2 has better exhaust manifolds, but you are already fitting them with the engine. May as well fit the whole 3.2 exhaust too.

Cleared as in take all the 3.2 sensors off the 3.2 ::) replace them with all the sensors off the 2.5.

It really isn't that complicated :-X

You fit the wiring loom, ecu and sensors from the 2.5 to the 3.2.

Add in the 2.5 plenum and cam covers plus the DIS pack and leads.  :y

::) Do you think he heard me then ;D I was getting the impression that the previous replies were either too quiet or too complicated, so I went for shouty and straightforward  :y

I put fair odds on someone being paid good money to sort out the resulting mess though :-\

The ECU answer is simple, you sue the ECU and wiring loom from the 2.5 along with its sensors etc.

All you use of the 3.2 its block, heads etc, the mechanical bits (excluding the cam covers which need to be from the 2.5)
