internet explorer 9 question

since stupidly loading IE 9 i am now unable to up load files onto another web site ie a cv onto a jobsite >:( >:( anyone know a fix for this

i did find one that works by going into private browsing and opening the website  for some reason works

also this site loads really slow etc

running windows vista 32bit on a dell dimension dxp061
 intel  core 2 cpu 6300 @1.8ghz

with 4gb ram

Disable all the plugins, and reenable any that you may need as you need them
