Anybody got a DMF laying around, need a measurement
« on: 02 March 2013, 08:04:34 »

I need to know how thick the part where the bolts go through are, and if possible how much thread are left on the bolts
I'm fitting a C20LET flywheel and I don't know what bolts to use  :-\

26.4mm thickness of DMF at centre

16.0mm engagement into crankshaft

the bolts are a funny thread, mind.

You must also get the same grade of bolt as currently fitted or you'll not be getting the clamping force you're expecting. They're not marked I'm afraid, so there will be some testing to do.
