Apparently an 18year old from Nottingham didn't like the refs decision in last nights Man U game,he thought it "criminal"and actually dialled 999 to report it!What the heck was he on??It seems also the police are taking no action against this bloke,surely some form of punishment would be in order for the time/trouble his 999 call took?

cant see the police doing nothing about someone blatantly wasting their time, and wasting the time of emergency phone operators ...? guarantee if it were you or me, we'd be hauled through the courts, and pictures all over the media etc ...?
