I'm afraid I haven't viewed the clip yet D (not got time at present :-[) but I am concerned at the way the NHS is going. Here in Ipswich the A&E is superb, can't fault it. But routine treatment with the specialist departments is very hit and miss... I was referred in June last year and haven't really had treatment yet as the procedure in January was "for diagnostic purposes". I was supposed to have a 6 week follow up last week... Appointment in May!

If you need an appointment with the GP you need to book 3 weeks (minimum) in advance ::)

Something needs to change but I don't know the answer. We should be able to get the same standard of care but something needs to be done about efficiency. Of course, cutting out the unnecessary dead wood at the top would make a huge difference :-X ::)
