  8-) `Could start a whole new wheel rim 'bling-thing'.....they could call it "Rimming".....Ooooh-errr, maybe not! ::)

Bloke i worked with put neons in his headlamps for parking purposes at night,lived in a darkish lane in Bexhill.Police told him to remove them.
Down here the police seem to turn a blind eye to motors with neon wahers or light strips along the sill.
