Seriously, to the guy that invented these...you deserve to be dragged to the city hall steps and publicly whipped for 7 days. Honestly, who in their right mind thought these were a decent replacement for stock standard jubilee clamps. My bruised and bleeding fingers thank you very much Sir, my swear box is now full. :P

Ahh, but they work much better than jubilee clips. No pinch point and never over- or under-tightened. :y

Yeah granted they work well, in an open space, but in a tight place where you can barely get your hands into, trying to get these off is an absolute nightmare, I tried water pump pliers, long nose, normal pliers, but what should be a 10 second job loosening a jubilee clamp turned into an hours job trying to remove 3 of these damn things. They haven't won my vote, lol. :P

Swear box is compulsory with omega's' , but it gets easier after practice and many plasters   ;D

..............and in the production plant they are much quicker / cheaper to fit than a jubilee clip!  That is why designers went for them. If you don't like them, replace them! :D :D ;) ;)

Try using long nose pliers, sideways onto the "tabs", or a large pier of pliers covering all the tabs. I find they work a treat! :D :y :y

You can get them from the bay, but quite expensive.
What price knuckle and finger tip preservation though  ;D
