Routine maintenance jobs
« on: 26 March 2013, 23:09:52 »

Hi I have been reading all the expertise on this lovely forum from all you guys  :y and was wondering if you could give me any info re routine maintenance for my recently purchased first ever Omega.  :-* I am loving this car and want to keep it going for as long as possible.  It was last serviced on 17.10.2012 at 90458 miles, it has now done 93500 miles, next service says should be on 16.10.2013, or 100457 miles, is there anything I should be doing before this?  :-\

you need to check that the timing belts AND tensioners have been changed.  Breathers may be worth having a look at too, how is the oil filler cap?

Having owned such a car 2.2 auto estate, My one and only complaint of it was that it was a little thirsty round town. Hence I changed it for a 2.2 dti manual model.
