Outrageous.

He has seen off no end of Home Secretaries. Pity we can't send him to one of our colonies (Falklands?). He would still be safe but not a drain on the tax payer.

If we can't deport him can we not tell him to leave ? Up to him where he goes then, or am I just dreaming.

I mean if I do something wrong in another country I can be told to leave.

The thing about this country is that it's run by limp wristers and hand wringing Liberals who are frightened of their own shadows,we just let ourselves be abused and ridiculed by the rest of the world and this is a prime example. On a personal basis I don't give a toss about this useless piece of lowlife terrorist scum and if it were left to me and given the right circumstances then.......I think you know what I mean ;) but then I guess there would probably a long line of willing souls looking to do the same thing ::)

This is what happens when 80% of your laws are made by foreign powers and brought in by prime scum BLiar to make his wife the human rights lawyer a multi-millionaire.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Make the most of your current freedoms as it can only get worse from 2014 with more qualified majority voting to be rubber stamped by your local council in the Palace of Westminster.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

It is not much fun living in a dictatorship run by an ex-Maoist Commission President and his 27 person Politburo.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

If you asked me for the biggest reason for leaving the UK. I always promised myself I would not live under a dictatorship.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Vote UKIP while you still can.  :y :y :y

Punt him onto a plane back to wherever.

Whatever fine the EU decides we should pay thereafter would be more than ballanced out by his room & board and benefits he is currently getting.

What I can't understand is that our home secretary keeps humiliating herself in front of courts which have already, for better or worse, decided their position and punted her case back time and time again.

Put him in a proper maximum security prison with some nasty pieces of work, not in his own taxpayer-funded private wing which is no doubt currently the case. I suspect the problem would soon go away. :-X
