Police Commisioners Gray Train
« on: 05 April 2013, 23:26:39 »

I am surprised that this slipped under the radar.

Not only were Police Commissioners forced upon us, obvious by the number of people who voted, I.E less than 10% of the population, but now those elected (ex politicians) to salaries of £85k + have started another tax payer funder empire. We  have seen their little empires grow with numerous deputies, assistant deputies, managers, support and office staff. The biggest joke is the appointment of a just 17 year old girl as Commissioner for Youth on £15k per year, office, chauffeur driven car etc, to advice the police and guess who pays... YOU >:( >:( >:(

This country is a freakin' joke  >:( >:(

:( Our new Commisioner has just loftily decreed that "low level drug dealing" is no longer an offence worthy of police time  >:(

None of this is a surprise to me; it's exactly what happens when we're stupid enough to make a professional position a purely political one.

She has shown her colours, and I know it is completely against the spirit that exists within Kent Police.  I don't care how young and stupid she is, and how much she cries in front of the cameras, she has got to go now!! :(
