the vauxhall van
« on: 10 April 2013, 22:01:41 »

for those of you that have been following my Van saga with baited breath ::) :)

traded the bloody thing in the end pile of crap movano, replaced it with a renault trafic what a difference in driving position had a vivaro few years back and loved that. Bit basic though with spec and wow a lot smaller but at least its the high roof fat people arnt meant to crawl around in the back of vans

anyway you can all stop worrying now i can get a comfy driving position in this :y :y

still going to sue the dealership/vauxhall for the seat cock up and total lack of customer service etc even if i get something its better than a poke up the bum with a pinapple

Had all the variations of the Astra H van, all great in their own way, 1.3 was great on fuel, remapped 1.7 was highly modified, 1.9 Sportive SE, and the VXS which was a hot hatch killer  :y.

The small Bedford van would have been an HA. The CF was a far better van than the Mk2 tranny, more comfortable drive but thirsty/unreliable engines. The Bedford Chevane was bad, slow and had a clutch like an on/off switch
