dispersal zone order

i got a leaflet from police yesterday through my door saying my estate is being made a dispersal zone. what a load of crap. cctv is going up too. ive never seen trouble over here, except the odd music box loud now. and KKK sprayed on the africans walls and windows. very pro british round here. few have st georges cross on there houses permanatly. they did this on my x wifes estate now they all wear hoods and its worse there now than it was.

well it means no loitering about, kids cannot hang around in groups more than 2, sitting on walls and grass areas. over reacting again i presume.
