centre console full removal.
« on: 17 April 2013, 21:08:05 »

Just been looking at the'how to' remove the centre console trim, and what I need to know is wether at the point that the console can be moved slightly to allow the trim to be lifted off,is the console free to be completely taken out of the car as I need to change the whole thing or is there more to do to get it right out? :-\

Yep :y you'll need to remove the gearlever surround and sliding the seats all the way back makes life a bit easier.

Raise the back end of the console and slide back about 6". Should then lift straight out :y five minute job :y
