o look somebody trying to sell a nice clean car and the usauall culprit slaging it off,
 as was said met cars struggled towards the end of omegas to reach the standard 100,000 by the 5 year sale time.
 also it could have been a pool car hence nice n clean and low miles.

96k is very low, says receipts going back to 2009. So suspect thats when it left plod, so add in one would have been done in 4 years, does not really add up.

Very bad wear on the drivers seat, mines done 160k and no way near that kind of level.

my 406 has done 199k and the interior is unmarked,I see others that have done half the milage and they are trashed,Josh reckons the guy is straight so could just be a low milage ex plod

Doesn't necessarily mean it's been clocked though, I could show you a 60k miles 5 series with worse wear than a 170k 7 series  .

Like mentioned before, it come from ex police car sales in Poole in 2009 with I think they guy said 62k on, he still has the bill off the sale from them with the mileage on

Before this it was the direct from the MET, I just text the guy for the V5 number to confirm on direct gov that it adds up, but tbh it already does
