any chance of finding out how this is removed as i need to replace mine as the lid hinge is broke and unfixable  :y

I am going to follow suite and refresh some of my trim...
I see in the first pic, you have some damage to the original soft coating, Did you rub this down first? Or maybe remove it with something???

First to be removed. Otherwise it shows the step. 3-4 coats is enough, leaving 5-10 minutes between coats. Result is a genuine look. ;)
