Never going to buy another Peugeot ever again  >:( >:( >:(

My comment exactly when I traded in a 406 for my TD Estate. :y :y :y

TBH 406's were the taxi drivers car......loads of them being used....pretty reliable tbh......otherwise the TD's wouldnt be using them......now 407's there a different kettle of fish  :-X

My 406is an ex taxi, 200,000 hard miles covered and runs beautifully, most reliable car I've ever owned and theres been a few ::)

I've got a nice Citroen for sale!  ;D ;D ;D

No, I haven't really!  ;)

How about a nice Renault   ::) ;D

If it's a Renault 30 GTX i'll buy it off you ::)

Not if I get there first.... :D  such a comfortable car to drive, floor it and the bonnet would rise briefly as the power went down....... :y :y :y

Taxi Driver, is there such a thing as a nice Renault ? ::)

Vel Satis??? Not a beautiful car to look at, but bloody amazing to drive!

Ok, it will break down every 5 miles, but hey.... they'll be lovely miles!  ;D

The Avantime was in a league of its own ....... I know nothing about them, but they look .......err ...... different!  ;)

peugeot had a build quality crisis some years ago.. especialy some 307 models..

and there were groups who open cases against them all being unlucky owners ;D

however when we are talking about renault , things are different imo ::)

they have a history in race and making cars that race regularly..
(I must confess I'm also not in love! :D with French ;D )

last time I was driving from İstanbul , we had a chat with an E92 bimmer ..

so I had to drive clit at 6500 rpm for more than an hour .. :-X

and I tought now the pistons will come out from the block, but they didnt ???

there are good examples and bad examples like most brands imo..

 EMD before buying another gas guzzler have a look at this.. year 99 is the last .. williams engines are race bred and highly tunable and dont drink if you dont hammer continously.. :y
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwemNRJyWMs

and will require less parking space obviously!
