Something to help save money on your phone bill
« on: 15 May 2008, 22:07:57 »

Well folks, I thought this might help anyone that use call centres or anyone that uses national numbers for that matter (0870*... numbers).

Anyway it gives you the actual phone number of the place rather than using the 59p a min numbers. Anyway enjoy and hope you save money.

Alternatively, sell your wife and daughters and the phone bill will instantly fall by about 98%  :)

To save a bit more get the call barring put on, kids then can't dial mobile, premium rate, long distance etc. Brought ours down from £160 to £45 a quarter.

Even better switch to an ISP that gives free line rental........i pay £15/month for 8MB BB and line rental is free.........so costs me an extra £2-3 on calls.........when i carnt be bothered to use my mobile...lots of free minutes on that  :y
