Is that the same digi dash that ze geermaans had the option of in the turbo "Opel vectra A"??

yes ,, without doubt the straight six should have been used in the omega . fantastic engine :y :y :y

It was getting a bit long in the tooth ....... GM had been using it since the late 60s

am I right in thinking GM used several engines for a long period of time. seem to remember ETCG going on about how they keot a chevy 5 litre in the truck for like 30 years.... but it was considered one of the best engines ever... so I suppose why change  :-\

They also used the slant four (half a U.S. V8) in all sorts of different cars (including the one in my avatar) and vans for donkeys years.Engine development is a vary expensive business. Hence Harley Davidson using the same engine in their bikes for the last 100 year. ;D

That's one fine example of a proper Vauxhall apart from the LC,Omega,Monaro etc. unlike the modern s**t being churned out these days..

There are a few Senators on eBay at the moment.
