[Vamps]

Been up there this morning and there are some what looks like hairline cracks in a few places, apart from that seems in good condition.

So any recommendations as a fix, Im thinking alone the lines of a brush on resin or similar, not convinced the normal roof sealent will be any good or stick to it.

I thought these were guaranteed for around 25 years, I recently got new felt roofs with 15 years warranty, next door had a fiberglass roof fitted a few weeks before and had the guy out in a couple of weeks as it was not laid flat, pooled and leaked......   An elderly couple conned as I asked him for a price for mine and he declined.....
