probably in a straight line despite (or is that inspite  ???) of where the steering wheel is pointing ....... it does seem a lot of weight up front. Though I could never understand why there was a radiator mounting point further forward  ???  ???  ???

I believe there have been various 24v Mantas too.

That would cost me a fortune in rear tyres. Be loads of fun. Take one old bug eyed old farts car then give it 200 BHP. I don't fancy being the diff in my ownership.

If its the same rear axle/ diff unit as the Manta (which I would imagine it is) 200bhp wont cause it any problems. ;)

My Dad had three basic spec 1.6 mk1 Cavaliers, one after the other, for some unfathomable reason. I kept trying to talk him in to buying a 2 litre model with higher trim spec etc. but he just kept changing them for one exactly the same apart from the colour. ::)
