Dangerous that on many levels   :o

sunroof could close

Dog gets sucked out or even jumps out

Dog slips onto mans head driver loses control

Dog does a sloppy number 2 down drivers back driver doesn't lose control just jumps through sunroof to get away from the smell  :D :D ;D
