A picture is what`s needed ;D

When you fitted this-did you follow instruction printed on it??
No need to as I`ve never had to replace one :)

I had the very same 'noise' on two of the Omega's I owned, it did appear to come from the steering column, however in both cases the problem turned out to be the 'Traffic Master' unit wires which had become twisted around the 'column',
having come detached from the velcro mounting strap (a very Hi-Tech bracket)
Hope this helps.

Thats what I was thinking as its vibrating the whole steering column.
I am not going to try and fix it as everything is working. If it breaks completely then I will fix it. :y
Glad the video worked dont know whats wrong with my pc. :-\

That sounds like the horn wiring shorting out :-\

Pop the airbag off along with the upper shroud and check the condition of the squib wiring :y

Any wear on the wiring should be obvious :y
