Engine Code ?

How do i find out my engine code ? My car is a 2000 Vectra B 2.0 16v sri 140 .. Havent got log book through yet as i presumed its on there  :-\ :-\

Im guessing but would it be X20XEV ?

also has 2.6 mv6 estate 2001, hilux surf 3.0, vectra 2.0 lpg 2000

Glad to help mate :y and you could always get vxr lump in it or 3.0 v6 or better still---Leave it alone :y

The reason i wanted engine code is for a cambelt kit , anyway i got it for £20 brand new  :)

You did very well to get a full kit for 20 notes (normaly cambelt only for that price).

Dont forget waterpump and antifreeze
