I only caught a bit of this on Calender news[the Yorkshire TV news programme]A steam locomotive called the something of Canada has been loaned to the railway museum in York,it has been repainted-possibly restored?-and is at present standing beside its sister locomotive the Mallard.Both these locos were built in Doncaster.

The first and probably last time they will be all together following their original disposal by BR.

Indeed Mark!  And that is a great sight, although I remember some years back they did get 4 back together for a photo-shoot, which was brilliant.

Excellent loco's all round, and always a great memorial to one of the greatest railway engineers, the LNER CME Sir Nigel Gresley.
