If you have hard evidence of slackness by BMW UK then take it to Germany. Are you sure it is BMW UK that is stalling or is it just what dealer is telling you? We had this shit with Audi.

Yes I remember the Audi saga. Iirc the dealer got very little support from the factory...?


Also, don't forget BMW's swirl flap issue on the diesels. (Just thought I'd give them a kick as well, on my way through   )

we thought it was Audi UK at first but after weeks of messing with the dealer the day the Audi Uk tech staff turned up in Camberley was the day it got solved

Well according to BMW UK a technician has be called by the dealership.
