Ultra cool!  8)  and yes another 1980's teenage lad's dream!  :y :y :y

The only thing I don't like are the roofbars....  ::)  and maybe the colour.... I'd have it black, red or BRG...  :-\

Love the "Q Car" concept, and that looks a good conversion. :y
We converted an Anglia 105E in the late 60s by fitting a 3.8 Lit Jag lump and box - only real issue was sourcing half shafts that didn't break!

A good many years ago where I grew up in South Yorkshire there was a Reliant[Del boy Trotter type]van that had a Rover 3.5 V8 in the back!!

mate of mine-Dave is a member of mini club and he is building a v8 van- :D I got engine for him-3.9 injected-he is on about painting the mini red when finished :y

i did this to a mini about 30 yrs ago when they had the 25yr aniverary run from crystal palace to briton mini run went like the preverbial off a shovel took me 12 months to build whish id kept it now
