Webber leaving F1
« on: 27 June 2013, 10:49:10 »

Hes going to race sports cars for Porsche next year.I wonder who will replace him ?
My guess would be a young up and coming driver (from Torro Rosso ?) who will most definitely be number 2 to the petulant one. :-\

Its all about who would bring money into the team and the majority sponsor's approval, driving skill helps a little.

Valentino Rossi?.......they could do worse. He's had some experience in an F1 car and has natural ability. :y

Rossi has no interest in doing F1. He said that driving around one behind the other while some bloke jabbers instructions into his earpiece all the time would do his head in.Fair comment I thought. ;D
I doubt Red Bull are interested in drivers bringing money tbh. They are awash with money, possibly more than any of the other teams on the grid.
Imo,the main concern will be someone who will support, but not really challenge Vettell.I would imagine Vettell will take the opportunity to grab official number one status. He keeps sticking his index finger up every time he sees a camera,so hes obviously very convinced that he is already number one. :)

Red Bull dictate all in that team. Webber is plenty good enough to challenge that little shit, but the "team" see to it Webber is kept at bay. Nobody is that unlucky in a team, how many times did Webbers Kerz fail? Or some magical gremlin appear when he got close to Vettal? Not to mention the front wing shambles. And Multi 21 etc. what a joke.

NOBODY is that unlucky. I'm suprised he stuck it out as long as he did.

Poor Webber, such a good character. As above, how many times have technical problems hit his car  ::)  :-X

Got a feeling Kimi might be in there, don't think Lotus are going to give him the car he wants.

It would be interesting if Kimi did go there,as theres no way he would accept being forced to play second fiddle to Vettel, and on an even playing field Imo he would beat Vettel comfortably.
Ive heard it said that Vettel is good friends with Scummy, and asks his advice etc. which may be why he seems to be slowly morphing into a scummy clone. Get the result, doesnt matter how you get it as long as you get it,sh1t on your team mate every chance you get,and exude arrogance from every pore.
Hes good though.Cant take it away from him.Hes definitely in the top five drivers of the current bunch, but not in the top three imo.

Red bull will not employe anyone good enough to challenge Vettal.

...or if they do, he will not be allowed to. Again. :)

I agree BUT he would have a hard time with team politics. It would be nice to see Kimi show Vettel a clean pair of heels!
