This just beggars belief
« on: 30 June 2013, 12:09:27 »

After the outcry over horse meat which was, after all, not a health risk:

http://news.sky.com/story/1109703/meat-from-diseased-cattle-sold-by-defra

A fickin government agency selling shite to be consumed by schoolchildren and soldiers etc.
Some people just live on another planet and should be culled, but definitely not put into the food chain. We could all catch politicianitis.

It could be a ploy to get us all to turn vegetarian. I'll have to consult with Cem on that one.

If cows with TB are safe to eat, why are we killing badgers?
And will these badgers be slaughtered and fed to folk in old peoples homes?

 ::) :)

being vegetarian have some long term effects which is not easy to avoid..

on the other side I would recommend eating well cooked red meat which will have very little taste but less risky..

but for hamburgers you can never be sure :-\
