Handbrake worked transferred with iTunes to iPhone 5 ... Although then i realised i had RealPlayer which is simpler to use and can convert to iPhone 5 16:9 forgot all about it... Never mind will upload the video later on.. Wont be great as the dash cam was only £14.99 delivered  :-X

One of the best on-line converters is Zamzar, who can convert a hugh range of formats, incl avi --> mov http://www.zamzar.com/convert/avi-to-mov/

What other well known popular substitute apart from YouTube & Photobucket is there ?

PS
DVDFab will do everything (and more) that Handbrake does, and it will do it in a ¼ of the time if you have compliant hardware.
