Can the mesh be tweaked to grip the tabs, perhaps with small cable ties as a kind of locking ring :-\

That was going to be plan B, but all my black cable ties are a molten mess ;D

Was hoping someone recognised the clip, and I could buy a pack

Might have some in the garage, I seem to recall they use the same item on facelift bumpers for the lower vents near the fogs

In which case I could do with a few ... I'm using stainless steel wire wrapped around the lugs .... and it keeps falling off !! ... so .. a part number / source would be good .. :)
