Have you ever tried to talk SWMBO into letting you have a V6? 

I'm trying but it's not working   

You ended up with a four pot then Paul, very little difference in fuel use and V6 far more fun. but a pain to work on in the engine bay

Unfortunately I had very little money to spend on an Omega at the time, otherwise I would have snapped yours up Jon 

I miss my V6 and am longing for another   

Saw that elite on ebay today and seemed a good price but prob needs a bit of work?

I never asked either I just came home with one seven. .......................not all at the same time.A maximum of three at any one time.

That's a hell of a lot of car for the money btw.

Looks a great car for the price like you say Albs but it's a shame I've not long bought my 2003 2.2, typical   

If I had the spare cash I'd still buy the Elite though

No I'm saw the advert my self and hand to think really hard as I want a estate but that was really tempting. ,might still go have a look to see what condition it's in real life

Forgive the silly question but any ideas if this elite comes with the NCDC 2013 and Bose sound system? Can't tell from the pictures

Yep looks like it has a NCDC system can't tell if its 2013 or 2015 though and yeah I'm pretty sure it will have Bose just the leather is missing so to speak from the usual 3.2 elite look.

Ok, Looks like I may well try and sell my 2.2 to help fund the Elite I'm after

Ask if the satnav is CID or GID. CID is the colour screen,and obviously the much better option.
