Fans not coming on, that is way too hot! I'd investigate that ASAP  :y

Sat idling for over half an hour and watched the temp gauge reach 95 before fans kicked in and then needle came down to 90.

Once the car has reached it's operation temp after twenty mins or so she will sit between 90 / 95 all the time??  ???

Normal? I'm not convinced  :-\
