Hi is there anyone near me that can do a inner osf track rod arm funds are not great but 100-150 quoted is beyond me if soneone could that would be great thanks im still using car but steering all over the placethanks

Sorry, too far for me, but TRE is about £30 for GM, or half that for pattern (I'd go GM), and about 0-15mins to change.  Even adding in tracking (which I doubt was on the quote), "£100-£150" sounds steep :o

you may be better off purchasing the whole arm complete with both track rod ends, if one end has gone then the other end is probably not far behind. a ball joint splitter, a 17/19mm spanner, jack, axle stand and a 2.5 pound hammer should still be on the right side of £150.00. some times its easier to go DIY !
