Nuisance Kids
« on: 02 August 2013, 18:49:53 »

Well summer holidays are here and already the kids are up to mischief  ::) Now i dont mind them having a laugh and whatever but there are 3-4 that are getting lippy  >:( Ive caught them twice now down the drive up to something around the car and told them politely to leave . I got a response from one of them to shut the F up  >:( and he's only about 8 or 9 !

Problem is we all keep ourselves to ourselves around here and this particular kid is from foreign family .. whats the best plan of action if it keeps happening  :-\ :-\

Just to add ive found scratches on the car and the car never leaves me while im out in it but cant prove it was them  :-\

Many people do not, but if the police, and especially the local CSPO's, can get involved they will (hopefully) persuade these very young people by "friendly chats" not to cause a nuisance.  They can also help these youngsters to keep safe, as I have had to locally when dealing with garage roof runners, and stone throwing fads.  We were all kids once, but it is important to stop these kids in their tracks before they go a lot further as they grow up. :y

Funny you should mention the stone throwing as one afternoon there were quite a few stone being thrown when my parents were here and from the direction of the nuisance 4 again in the street  >:( Thing is if they hurt themselves on my property ill be the one they will claim off , caught them walking the front wall once .. they just dont care and neither do the parents  :(

Get your Local Councillor involved

Ill give them the benefit if the doubt , if they do start coming up the drive again ill ring the police and inform the councilor and tell them the car has been scratched  ;)

Lock him in your house with you on the outside and then phone the Police to say that you returned from work and disturbed a burglar, so can they get there quickly as he's still inside.  ;)

Damage a neighbours house/car and tell them that you saw him do it.  ;)

If his parents are approachable, tell them that, for his own safety, you will phone them every time he enters your garden and then phone them a ridiculous amount of times so that they get fed up with it.  ;)

So basically, frame him.  :y ;D ;D

The above is tongue in cheek by the way, before the PC brigade start picking on me.  ;) ;D

Il do an estimate for the scratches to be repaired, maybe when you give that to the brats parents it might shock them into keeping the brat under control
