Hmmmmm i did a sneaky at lunchtime to earn "brownie points"

M&S have a "dinner for 2 for £10"

So a salmon thingy or a chicken thingy with salad and new spuds...

Chocolate profitorole mountain

Nice bottle of Claret

All of the above for a tenner and SWMBO suitably impressed that i spend £22 on all of it. Untill she sees the advert  :-[

They have run the add a few times tonight already. ::) ::) ::)

I am on my own for the weekend, swmbo and kids gone to caravan, so I will look in the freezer and knock something up. ;D ;D ;D

got in fairly late, to knackered to cook properly....  so 2 tesco BBQ range "ultimate burger"s , grilled  but since there are no buns I resorted to doing them in toasted sarnies with white stilton + apricots and some worcestershire sauce and a drop of chilli oil when grilling the burgers...

rather nice actually :D
