So a number of idiots paraded their float at the carnival in Lauder, Berwickshire.

Either they weren't thinking at all or-as is most likely these days sadly-they just didn't care.They and their float should have been publicly pilloried!Also what was going through the minds of the parade organisers when they didn't instantly ban it from taking part in the first place?
