Just noticed that one of the 30amp fuses in the engine bay has blown, suspect it controls the fans.Replaced it and both front fans now come on, any idea why it has blown? Is it anything to do with the relay next to it?

Who knows  :-\ :-\ An iffy fan motor  :-\ , damaged wiring  :-\

You've replaced it now, the time to worry is if it blows again  ;) ;)
