Hi,
I have a vibration at slow rotation of the wheels (first&second gear) in a curve when accelerating (opel omega 2.6v6)
whether it is better to repair the old dif or buy second hand???
is it problem to fix the old diff, what is changing and how?

a you sure gear fail? my mate Omega was also vibration acceleration, appears to blame rubber mounting. Or maybe propeler shaft holder

LSD's are difficult to find used, never mind get spares for. Yours should be a 4.22 gear ratio on the 2.6 I would think, which is rarer still.

Although, if its the slip plates that are at fault, 2woody on here may have some.

Got a standard 2.6 diff here but sense you may be some distance from me!

a small shuddering is normal under the circumstances you describe.

In fact, it is one of the best ways to tell if the LSD is working properly.

Are you sure that you have LSD ?

on automotive hoist when turning one wheel other one is turning in the same direction = LSD diff

best way to check - pop out a driveshaft and see if there's one or two diff pins

second best way to check - look for the option code on the VIN plate

third best way - try to start off with one rear wheel on some slippery stuff

Another way to find out whether there is, remove the shaft and see if is a cross

I found several dif, which is the difference between 2.5, 3.0 and 2.5td diff
you I can put them instead? I have omega 2.6v6

I found a diff for the 2.6v6 with automatic gearbox
can I mount them instead of my  (manual 5 speed gearbox)?

2.6 manual is 3.90 as it has 5 gears

2.6 auto is 4.22 as it has 4 gears

...hopefully I've got that the right way round

So, it will fit, but you will be changing gear quicker, as it revs slightly quicker, accelerates quicker, but will be slightly less economical and revs will sit slightly higher and be noisier at a constant speed on the motorway.

No not really. It probably won't pull top speed with that gearing, or, it will certainly take a lot longer getting there.

But it will cirtainly be lazy. Very lazy.
