I totally agree HC.

I think TB and the admin team run a cracking forum, there's certainly something for everyone, amd if it does'nt have a specific section there is allway's the "General Chat" section.

If a line were to be drawn, then where would that line be.  does that mean members would not be able to ask about other cars they own.
Just because it has a Vetra badge but has the same engine as an Omega is that not allowed.

The thing is as allready mentioned.  We are a group, we are a community of like minded people that came here with one thing in mind, to learnt more about the Miggy.  I for one have learnt loads, and will continue learning.

Well done to TheBoy and the Admin team, may it continue to grow in size with more new members and expand with knowledge for many years to come.   :D :y :y

Well Done Guys   :y :y :y :y :y

As I am sat here at 4 in the morning with nothing better to say, I will add my two pennethworth:

Yes, this is a car ( Omega no less) related forum -- but it is also a community. I like to think we make friends here and, to a certain extent, socialise.

I came here because I knew very little about my Omega -- I am learning all the time. To be honest, if I had to limit my input to car related topics my post count would be a couple of dozen -- and all of those would be inane ( to the experts) questions.

A couple hundred of "me", doing that, would make the forum a dull place to be.

spot on m8.
I try to read most threads on here. WHATEVER they are. its good to discuss other topics and see what other members opinions are. the banter is fun and so are most of the jokes. you got to be one boring rsole to just want to go on a forum to discuss nothing but cars. i have gained a lot from this site and thats not  just cars. if i wasnt happy with it on here i wouldnt bother coming on.

Yes Skruntie.  All that exertion on here last night was enough for me; talk about getting out of my pram! >:( >:(

But I am here now so please expect the sanity that has broken out in my absence to now be discontinued! ;D ;D ;)

On that note where  is Debs this morning?  Probably being sensible and keeping her powder dry! ;D :y

1st and foremost that's why we are all here.

But life doesnt revolve arround a car all the time.

That's why most of us enjoy taking part in threads such as this one, rather than starting them with certain comments just because they think we do it for the POST COUNT.

Certainly not.

The wealth of information gained here could never be found anywhere else as far as I am concerned.

Enough said Hereford ;)  You now know that for a lot of us this is a great social site quite apart from gleaning knowledge about Omega's.  But I think everyone to their own, and if you want friends on this site count me in when you are ready! :y

You certainly was not boring last night; you created quite a stir!  Well done! ;D ;D :y

well said lizzie, the spirit of friendliness must be paramount,it would be tragic to see the forum degenerate into a slanging match between big egos .this has happened on other such sites and caused a lot of damage,in fact i believe that was part of the reason that this forum was originally created :y
