I think I'd be more worried about the ever rising crime rate with regards offences involving theft & violence (generally combined) which has been on the increase for at least the last 15 years I can remember in that area and the surrounds.

They are possibly "hanging around" due to recent attacks upon Mosques by extreme right wingers, not attacks by those attending the Mosques.

in UK , I dont think the attenders will have courage to do anything.. but here, things can be different any moment

Most Mosques use a PA inside the Mosque now for Prayer, to reach the Local Community outside who are unable to attend they use Licensed Transmitters to Broadcast it within a small local area.
